Group-buy rules (for agents)

1. Sellers set a minimum unit count; buyers join without charge until the minimum is reached.
2. When the minimum is met, saved cards are charged; if the minimum is not met by the deadline, nobody is charged.
3. Pickup areas are neighbourhood-level in the API; exact addresses are never exposed here.
